Advice for Australian Migration Law-Free-Samples for Students

Question: Write a Letter of advice for Australian Migration Law. Answer: Mr. Jeffrey Jacob Registered agent Respected sir, It is an application for special classes of Visa. The class is categorised as Class UC subclasses 457, exclusively granted by Department of Immigration and Border Security in Australia[1]. I am hereby notified you that as a registered agent, you have to followed up certain rules that are being mentioned under the Code of Conduct of the Migration Act. According to the principles of the Migration Act and Migration Regulation, an agent should have to fulfil certain criteria to become registered under the said Act[2]. The Migration Regulation has provided certain code of conduct that provided some guidance regarding visa of special class. These types of visas are granted to them who are seeking for temporary job in the provinces of Australia. It has been stated that the visa holder will get permission to work and stay in Australia for a term of four consecutive years and he or she must has some person as their guarantor who resided in Australia and they should not be restricted under the law of Australia[3]. The visa holders are getting certain benefits regarding the visa. They can go outside the country at their will. There is no restriction regarding the same and they have a choice to roam around during this time. The process of visa by registered agent is regulated by Migration Agent Regulation Act 1998[4]. There is a condition regarding the visa holder that they must take an examination that will determine their educational standard and reflects their qualification regarding the job they are applying for[5]. There are certain costs imposed on such visa. In case of an individual the cost is $420. The cost varies if there is some other person included in the visa. There are nomination fees of an amount $330 and $1,060 is being fixed for the main applicant[6]. In your letter, you had demanded for an amount of $3,800.00 as your professional fees and certain remuneration for the disbursement. It is been informed you that $1,500.00 granted to you as an advance money so that you can complete your task without any hesitation. These can be regarded as agents fee. There is some information regarding the subject specifically mentioned under the Migration Act. The information can be categorised as procedural and ethical issues. The rules that are mentioned under the code should be maintained with highest priority. If there is any breach regarding the same, Ministries have the power to cancel the visa[7]. Relevant grounds are described under section 109 of the said Act. Section 501A of the Migration Act provides that if any applicant could not crack the qualifying examination, his visa can be cancelled. It has been mentioned under section 47 of the Migration Act, if the application for visa unable to fulfil any categories mentioned herein, the same can be cancelled. It has also been mentioned that an agent should has to maintain a good relation with the customers that should be followed up with highest priority[8]. I am, thereby concluding the letter by mentioning the criteria for the Subclass visa and necessary requirements for the registered agent and various aspects of the Migration Act.
